Policies

ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE A CARD ON FILE PRIOR TO BOOKING. All new clients require a consultation prior to service. Please arrive on time so I can properly assess your skin and talk about your goals. If you show up late, you may be subject to rescheduling and paying the cancellation fee or I will have to shorten your appointment time accordingly. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you fail to give a notice or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee with the card on file. This will not go toward future services. If you fail to cancel or provide a notice at all, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No Call/No Shows may be blocked from booking if this becomes a reoccurrence. These fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Understand that by booking an appointment with Rejuvenus Skin you agree to these policies.
